Conservative submission standard
For the MVP, use this standard: only submit calls where all participants were notified or consented as required by applicable law. When unsure, do not submit the recording. Use a redacted summary instead.
Suggested notice language
“I may record or transcribe this call so I can review my communication and follow up accurately. Is that okay with you?”
For team environments, use written brokerage-approved notice and consent language.
What to avoid
- Secretly recorded calls.
- Calls involving minors or unusually sensitive personal information.
- Financial account numbers, government IDs, passwords, or payment card details.
- Recordings where your brokerage, employer, client, or local law prohibits sharing.
Better launch workflow
When possible, paste a redacted transcript or call summary instead of raw audio. The audit can still identify tone, trust, objection handling, and next-step control from detailed notes.
