1. What we collect
We collect information you submit through the service, including name, email, brokerage or team, market, call context, transcripts, audio/video file links, notes, desired outcomes, and improvement goals.
2. How we use information
We use submissions to deliver private communication coaching, generate scorecards, identify trust-rise and trust-drop moments, write scripts, provide support, secure the service, and operate the business.
3. Audio and transcript handling
We analyze only calls you are authorized to share. Raw audio is not required for the first release. Reports are private and used only for delivery unless you authorize otherwise.
Raw audio is deletion-first after audit delivery unless you request otherwise or unless retention is necessary for customer support, security, payment dispute handling, or legal obligations.
4. Consent requirement
You must only submit calls, voice notes, transcripts, or notes that you are authorized to share and where all participants were notified or consented as required by applicable law.
5. Service providers
We may use payment processors, hosting providers, storage providers, automation tools, and AI infrastructure to operate the service. Configure vendor agreements before enterprise use.
6. No legal advice
This privacy page and service do not provide legal advice. Consult qualified counsel for call recording, privacy, brokerage, employment, and advertising compliance.
